There’s an email purporting to be from Microsoft, claiming that your email was randomly selected in the Microsoft Lottery. The promo email claims that the winners will receive $500,000 pounds. The email asks you to confirm/update/verify your account data at MICROSOFT LOTTERY INC® by visiting the link provided in the email.
The email is not from Microsoft. It is a phishing scam that’s designed to steal personal information to be used for unlawful activity. Delete this email immediately and do not click any links in the email.

But I have noticed job scams are more dangerous than this. Their strategy is imitating any reputed company and attract candidates thus collect personal information.
