Wachovia Alert never sends their customers emails requesting personal details in this way.
The fraudulent website this email links to is currently offline and may have been taken down by the hosting company, but quite often these scammers will have multiple hosting accounts to launch their phishing scams. If you receive any emails from Wachovia or any other financial institution, asking you to confirm/update or verify your account information, delete it!
