Net Protector AntiVirus 2010 is not a rogue anti-virus program. This was confirmed by Bruce Harrison of MalwareBytes below in a post on their forum.
Looking back it seems the original listing was due to false positives so blatant that they appeared to be intentional.

Recently I faced a problem like this an automated virus program has been downloaded and installed without my knowledge.It decreases the performance of my system and showed many number of viruses.
