Users should also clean their Temp folders and remove all the cookies and references to these rogues and if using an app such as CCleaner it is important to open the program and click Options then click Advanced and UNTICK ‘Only delete files in Windows Temp folders older than 24 hours’, then click Cleaner and then Run Cleaner.
