There’s a site that’s bolstering about their Cannabis on Facebook by trying to get buyers to cave in and make purchases. The issue I have is it’s illegal to distribute Cannabis to states that haven’t legalized recreational Marijuana. I am no angel here, but I am trying to protect others from this possible scam and illegal distribution. I am all for smoking Marijuana and wish it was legal recreational in all states.

There are several red flags and the one that stands out most is my conversation last night with one of their employees/owners/partners. When ask how can you distribute to states that haven’t legalized recreational marijuana? He said they ship it in packaging that can’t be detected by smell. He also said, wait for it, we ship via FedEx, really? FedEx scans packages whereas UPS is much more lenient. They ship packages anonymously which right there is an admission of doing something illegal!

When I posed the question on how long have you done this he said over 20 years. I then ask him how long have you been selling from your web site? He responded with 13 years. Really? According to WHOIS the domain was just registered on 01-14-2019 and it expires 1-14-2019. That’s a big red flag! Why would you go about lying when anyone that’s web savvy can expose your wrong doing? Also, look at the expiration date below in the WHOIS record. A legitimate business would’ve registered for more than 1 year. That’s another red flag.

These guys are special in a bad way. I would never do business with a company that’s selling illegal marijuana and shipping it to my address. I wouldn’t want the DEA showing up at my door anytime too soon.

I have posted part of my conversation to share with everyone here. Here’s where he states how long they been doing business online. Just from reading this exchange you can see it’s very suspicious compared to the info shared above in the WHOIS record.

I found this tidbit on the city of Carlsbad, California web site. Notice it says delivery in all localities statewide and not delivery to states where recreational marijuana is not legal.

As of January 26, 2019, state regulations have changed to permit cannabis delivery in all localities statewide. To the extent that CMC subsections 8.90.030(A) and (B) conflict with new state regulations, the city will not enforce these provisions.
